Design of a new 15,324 square foot, two story wood- frame building,
together with associated site improvements, located in Marysville, Washington.
The new building includes approximately 5,200 square feet office spaces for
use by Compass Health for out-patient mental health services. The remainder of
the building comprises 18 studio apartment units for formerly homeless adults
with chronic mental illness.
