Liberty Bay Housing Project
Construction of four 4-plex units for Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority on two sites in Kitsap County: one located near East Bremerton, the other near Port Orchard. One of the buildings on each of the sites includes a community space, office, and laundry facilities. Units are designed to accommodate the special needs of persons who receive services from Kitsap Mental Health Services.
