home firm profile return to Historic Preservation		Union Station Renovation 2001 National Preservation Award Winner press release Renovation of the exterior of the existing historic train station building for use by Sound Transit.  The scope of work included removing and replacing the existing roof and skylights, restoration of all brick and precast concrete surfaces, and the restoration of all window openings.  This project received a National Preservation Award from the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
